Page 1 of 3 I have had the misfortune of getting SUCKED into the CON / SCAM being perpetrated By Dean Graziosi and His So Called Coaches!!!
I have personally bought the book and have been harassed non-stop by Dean Graziosi's people and I can tell you WITHOUT A DOUBT that this guy and his people are absolute Scam Artists!!!
Follow Dean Graziosi and Buy into his Con-Man Schemes at your own RISK!!! Protect your personal credit card information and if by any chance you get sucked into this scheme and order the book and get harrassed, CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD AND GET A NEW ONE - As this is a Vicious Circle and it will NEVER END!!!

I'm not sure if it's a scam or not but there is a Dean Graziosi holding multiple properties in the Phoenix Metro area. I assume it's the same guy.

Not sure why people say it's a scam, who made you go buy the book? Well obviously you bought it no one held your head to the fire. I bought the book on Oct 8, enrolled in the coaching program on Oct 10 and am making my first deal on Oct9. Not sure where I'd be without it. For all the haters, Get off your *** and stop blaming others. You think that buying the book would make you rich then we'd all be billionares, I know for me working was busting my *** on a 6:00am-4:00pm construction site, I now work from home and make my own schedule and do what I want. Dean's the real deal, his site has soo much info and so many other satisfied people. They aren't going to hold your hand and do the work for you. DG ALL THE WAY!

Full disclosure: I have bought book, read it and learned a lot. I used the free trial of his AFF system but didn't have the time to use it before the trial ran out and canceled that. I have one deal in the pipeline at 50% off of the current firesale prices (think 80% off last sale price).
The only fraud here is the bulk of these posters. I feel obligated to defend these people because I know the people posting here are liars.
I think that there must be someone with a personal vendetta here, because all the reviews are from people who admit they haven't read the book, sarcastically question his gender, and those I know for 100% do not work for the company or have ever been a customer. I know because I am a customer, so I know basic things like these -

Dean doesn't sell tapes because I have been a customer for 8 months and never had seen a single email or contact about a tape.
The testimonials cannot be fake because I was not able to enter the contest about my deal because I did not have documentation yet because it hasn't closed.
deangraziosi.com is filled with thousands of members with tons of knowledge and many are doing well in real estate, so you obviously haven't been there. It is all of us there sharing, its not a place where you buy stuff.
Conclusion... you are the real "deceivers" and not Dean. You are telling lies and I know this because I have been through every aspect of the company as a satisfied customer and I know what is true and what isn't true.
It's unfortunate for these companies that the review doesn't require people to provide some sort of verification they are really customer so everyone can get the truth, good bad or whatever. But none of this has any credibility at this point and makes me question the truth about any other company listed on after reading all of this.

What the *** is wrong with you people? Can't you tell a SCAM artist when you see one? This thing (Dean), is the biggest BS artist to hit the air waves since Don Lupre. He's making a fortune on YOU! Nothing else. I'm very surprised that no one has put him out of his misery yet. If you all have so much money to throw away, I have a beautiful bridge I'd like to sell you.

For sure Dean needs extra testosterone treatements to finish the metamorphosis for sure, however the scheme is so old and smelly I am surprised that there are still plenty of desperate souls in search of the elusive pot-o-gold. I don't sympathize with any of these greedy bottom feeders who prey on easy pickins, since they clean up society's human defects.

Of course there are positive feedback testimonials on Deans site.....ITS HIS SITE!!! Lmao....what U expect? Insults? Negatives? Take it from someone who used to work with Dean, some peoples job descriptions was to make phone calls to people all day & write positive reviews. And note I said I used to work "with" Dean...Not "for" Dean...got it?
