I disputed charge with paypal and creditcard company after explicitly informing the team I did not want to move on with the purchase due to lackluster customer journey

Dear reader,

I am extremely frustrated how I have been treated by your automatic funnels and customer service representatives since the start of my journey with you.

Would love a phone call as soon as possible.

Issue was resolved and payment was refunded, Thank you Ryan for your assistance. Be sure to fix your payment funnels, something is not going well.

User's recommendation: Seem like good guys, just do not like the mechanical approach.

Monetary Loss: $1499.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Dean Graziosi Pros: Good salesman and seems sincere.

Dean Graziosi Cons: Payments processed without care, Customer service not responding swiftly, Live video not actually live.
